The 5-Star Resort Hotel and Residential Development on a green field site managed by Ritz Carlton Hotel Group located in Phang Nga Province in the south of Thailand.

The hotel buildings will comprise of an area of approximately 9,300 m2 inclusive of front of house & back of house areas. All day dining, Specialty restaurants, Spa facility and Large swimming pool along the Andaman Beach while the hotel guest rooms will comprise of an area of approximately 10,600 m2.

For the Residential Villas, there are totally 28 Residential Resort-style villas comprised of 3-Bedroom with the area of 600 m2, 4-Bedroom with an area of 680 m2 and 5-Bedroom Villas with an area of 850 m2. Each Villa will have its own pool. The total area of the villas will be 23,000 m2.
